Important: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and nurtstar ("nurtstar", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the nurtstar online gaming platform available at nurtstar.net. 1.1 By registering an account on nurtstar, accessing the platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account or place wagers on nurtstar. This requirement is in accordance with Philippine law governing casino-style gambling. nurtstar strictly enforces this age restriction and may request documentary proof of age at any time.
2.2 Jurisdiction. The nurtstar platform is operated in compliance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
2.3 Excluded Persons. The following individuals are not eligible to register or maintain an account on nurtstar:

3.1 One Account Per Person. Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on nurtstar. Creating multiple accounts — whether under different names, mobile numbers, or email addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent suspension.
3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nurtstar login credentials. You agree to notify nurtstar immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account. nurtstar will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your login information.
3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC). nurtstar is required to verify the identity of all account holders in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering regulations. You agree to provide any documentation requested by nurtstar as part of the KYC process, including but not limited to: Philippine System Identification (PhilSys) card, UMID, driver's license, or passport.
3.4 Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or temporary account restriction until verification is satisfactorily completed.
3.5 Account Currency. All nurtstar accounts are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). nurtstar does not support multi-currency accounts. Deposit and withdrawal transactions are processed in PHP exclusively.
4.1 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on nurtstar is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your account balance in real time. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are subject to standard inter-bank processing times.
4.2 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests from KYC-verified accounts are processed as follows:

4.4 Payment Methods. nurtstar supports the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online Banking. nurtstar does not accept cash deposits or payments via third-party agents.
4.5 Deposits and withdrawals must be conducted using payment methods registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party payment transactions are not permitted and may result in account suspension.
5.1 nurtstar may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the specific promotion terms.
5.3 Abuse of Bonuses. nurtstar reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, using automated betting strategies, or collusion with other players.
5.4 nurtstar reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring any bonus credits already legitimately claimed and in active use.
6.1 All games available on nurtstar are subject to the specific rules of each game as displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with applicable game rules before placing wagers.
6.2 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or other system failure that affects the outcome of a game or the processing of a bet, nurtstar reserves the right to void affected bets and return the wagered amounts to player accounts. nurtstar's decision in such matters is final.
6.3 RNG Certification. All random number generator (RNG)-based games on nurtstar use independently certified RNG systems. Live dealer games use physical gaming equipment streamed in real time; the outcome of such games is determined by physical means and is not subject to RNG intervention.
6.4 nurtstar reserves the right to void any bet placed after the official closing of the applicable market or event, and to void any bet placed in error where a manifest pricing or data error is evident.

9.1 All content on the nurtstar platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, game designs, and audiovisual elements — is the property of nurtstar or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the nurtstar platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content.
9.3 The nurtstar name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are trademarks of nurtstar. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nurtstar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
10.2 nurtstar's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your nurtstar account during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the relevant claim.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms limits nurtstar's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
10.4 nurtstar does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance periods will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.
11.1 By nurtstar. nurtstar reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent or criminal activity, or for any other reason nurtstar determines to be in the best interests of the platform or its players.
11.2 By Player. You may close your nurtstar account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after completion of any applicable withdrawal requirements, provided no outstanding bonus wagering requirements or compliance holds apply.
11.3 Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination.
12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
12.2 Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the nurtstar platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
12.3 nurtstar operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming legislation and the regulatory requirements of PAGCOR. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and applicable Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations, the applicable law or regulation shall prevail.
13.1 nurtstar may update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, nurtstar will provide notice via the platform, by email to your registered address, or by in-account notification.
13.2 The most current version of these Terms will always be available at nurtstar.net/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the current version became effective.
13.3 Your continued use of the nurtstar platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure.
